Designing for impact
I'm a Lead UX Designer with over 10 years of experience creating thoughtful, user-centered products across education and ecommerce. As a former teacher, I bring empathy, clarity, and systems thinking to my work—designing experiences that support real people and solve meaningful problems.
I specialize in creating user-centered solutions that balance business goals with real user needs. My approach combines research, iterative design, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to build products that are both intuitive and impactful. I'm especially drawn to mission-driven work in education, civic tech, and other spaces where design can improve access, understanding, and everyday experiences for users.
Outside of design, I spend time with family and friends hiking, biking, and traveling. I'm also currently working on improving my piano playing and watching Italian movies in an effort to revive my very rusty Italian.
